This is especially important for automotive wrap films, paint protection films, window tint films and colour change materials, where colour, gloss level, texture and finish may appear different in person compared with online images.

We reserve the right to discontinue products, update product information, change packaging, correct errors or limit product quantities where necessary.

3. Product suitability and installation

Our products are supplied for automotive styling, protection, wrapping, tinting and related use.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the product you order is suitable for your intended use, vehicle, surface, project and installation requirements.

Automotive films should be installed correctly and carefully. Installation quality may affect the final appearance, performance and durability of the product.

We recommend that professional installation is used where appropriate, especially for larger projects, full vehicle wraps, PPF installation, window tinting and complex surfaces.

We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect installation, poor surface preparation, unsuitable surfaces, misuse, trimming errors, contamination, overheating, overstretching, incorrect storage, accidental damage or normal wear and tear.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights if a product is faulty, damaged, not as described or not fit for purpose.

4. Orders

When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product or products.

Your order is only accepted once we confirm acceptance and process the order. We reserve the right to accept, decline, cancel or amend an order where reasonably necessary. This may include situations involving pricing errors, stock issues, suspected fraud, payment issues, delivery restrictions or incorrect product information.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the courier, product availability, destination, customs processing, public holidays, weather disruption or events outside our control.

For UK consumer orders, we remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you, unless you arrange your own courier or delivery method that was not offered by us.

Please check your delivery details carefully before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by you.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item, subject to the conditions set out in our Return and Refund Policy.

Approved returns include free return shipping and we do not charge a restocking fee.

Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, uncut, undamaged and in the same condition they were received, unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

8. Cancellations
