Refund policy
At VEYRA Global Wraps, we want every customer to feel confident when ordering from us. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition it was received. It must be unused, uninstalled, uncut, undamaged and in its original packaging where possible. For automotive films, wraps, PPF, tint films and accessories, the product must not have been applied, fitted, altered or damaged after delivery.
You will also need your order confirmation, receipt or proof of purchase.
How to start a return

Please include your order number, full name, the item you wish to return and the reason for the return.
Once your return request has been reviewed and accepted, we will provide the correct return address, a return shipping label and clear instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please do not send any items back before your return request has been approved. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Return timeframe
You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. Once your return has been approved, the item should be sent back within 14 days of your return request being accepted.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@veyraglobalwraps.com so we can review the issue and make it right.
Please include clear photos of the item, packaging and delivery label where possible. This helps us assess the issue quickly and resolve it fairly.
Condition of returned items
Returned items must be handled with care and packaged securely for return. We reserve the right to refuse a return or reduce the refund amount if the item is returned used, installed, cut, damaged, incomplete or not in a resaleable condition, unless the item was faulty when received.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item first. Once your return has been accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method.
Refunds are usually processed within 10 business days of approval. Please allow additional time for your bank, card provider or payment provider to process and display the refund.

We do not charge a restocking fee.
