Such variations do not constitute product defects.

4. Manufacturing Standards & Tolerances

All VEYRA products are produced under strict manufacturing standards.
By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that:

  • A controlled manufacturing variance/defect tolerance applies
  • Minor surface marks, coating micro-variations or colour deviations may occur within this limit
  • Any item outside the agreed tolerance (as defined in our supplier contract) is replaced or refunded
  • Every product undergoes a multi-stage inspection before packaging

This ensures reliable quality across all vinyl wraps, PPF and speciality films.

5. Orders & Payments

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • All details provided are accurate
  • You are authorised to use the chosen payment method
  • Orders cannot be altered after processing
  • Prices may be updated at any time
  • We may refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud or misuse

Payment must be completed before an order is dispatched.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Courier delays
  • Customs clearance
  • Weather or logistical factors
  • Stock levels

We are not liable for delays outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information. Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses are non-refundable.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Claims

Due to the nature of vinyl and PPF products, all cut-to-length and custom orders are non-returnable unless:

  • The item is defective beyond the allowed tolerance
  • The incorrect item was supplied
  • Damage occurred prior to delivery

Claims must include:

  • Clear photos
  • Batch number (if applicable)
  • Proof of purchase
  • Evidence of defect/damage

We reserve the right to inspect or request the return of the product before issuing a replacement or refund.

8. Professional Installation Disclaimer

VEYRA Global Vinyl is not responsible for issues arising from:

  • Incorrect installation
  • Improper surface preparation
  • Overstretching or misapplication
  • Use of heat guns, blades or tools
  • Bubbles, lifting or wrinkles caused by installer error

Professional installation is strongly recommended for all wraps and PPF.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, product names, videos, graphics and branding — is owned by VEYRA Global Vinyl and protected by law.
You may not:

  • Edit
