We supply high-quality vinyl films designed for durability, performance, and long-term use when applied and cared for correctly. Our guarantee is in place to give customers confidence in the materials they purchase while ensuring they are used as intended.

GUARANTEE COVERAGE

PVC vinyl films are supplied with a 3-year guarantee.
TPU and/or PPF effect films are supplied with a 5-year guarantee.

This guarantee covers material defects under normal use and appropriate conditions.

PROPER USE AND CARE

To maintain the quality and lifespan of your vinyl films, we recommend the following:
- Apply only to clean, dry, and suitable surfaces.
- Professional installation is recommended for best results.
- Clean using mild soap and water only.
- Avoid abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, or excessive pressure washing.
- Avoid misuse, impact damage, or improper removal.

Failure to follow recommended application and care guidance may affect eligibility under the guarantee.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

The guarantee does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, surface incompatibility, improper maintenance, environmental damage, or normal wear and tear outside expected use.

If you believe your product qualifies under our guarantee, please contact us with the following information:

All claims are reviewed by our team on a case-by-case basis to ensure fair assessment.
